CEO, Unistream Money Transfer System

Suren Hayriyan joined Unistream at the very beginning in 2001 and is responsible for all areas of Unistream’s business; he is based in Moscow, Russia

Suren Hayriyan started his career in 1996 in the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia as Chief Inspector and Head of the Securuties Market Department. In 1998 he became First Deputy Director of Armenian Joint Stock Exchange. In 2000 he took up the post of General Director in Financial Services Centre “AFCentre” which was specialized in Forex operations but in December 2001 he left “AFCentre” and became Director and CEO of Unistream Money Transfer System.

Under the management of Suren Hayriyan Unistream achieved considerable results and became the most rapidly growing money transfer system within the boundaries of the former Soviet Union.

In 2002-2004 Suren Hayriyan was also a Head of armenian Unibank’s representative office in Moscow. Since 2004 he is a Member of the Board of Unibank.

Suren Hayriyan is married and has a daughter.
