Money transfers bit all the records

Money transfers become popular today. Domestic systems of money transfers eagerly compete with foreign ones and definitely win in some aspects.

There are 13 systems of money transfers known to Muscovites, «Mediologia» analysis organization says. 10 of them are domestic and only 3 of them are based abroad. One of these systems appeared during the last month.

The figures underline the fact money transfers niche is filled very quickly in the Russian market.

The speed of money transfer, bank commissions, withdrawing conveniences, geographical factor are crucial in money transfer system choice.

The International Association of Money Transfer Networks will for the second time host Global Consumer Money Transfer conference – GCMT-2006. It will happen on 30th October 2006 in London, UK. The conference will be chaired by Lord Norman Lamont who was the Minister of Finance, UK in 1990-1993. The representatives of Moldova, Russia, Spain, UK will take part in the conference. Besides, the representatives of such organizations such as the Ministry of Finance, Russia, the Central Bank of Russia, international money transfer systems «WesternUnion», «Moneygram», «Anelik», «Travelex», «UNISTREAM» are supposed to participate in GCMT-2006.
