Mark Lowcock Director General for Policy and International, Department for International Development, UK.
Mark Lowcock is one of the four executives on the DFID Management Board. He is responsible for DFID’s work with multilateral institutions (international financial institutions, development banks, the UN, EU and Commonwealth), bilateral relations with other DFID countries, and DFID policy (sector, thematic and wider policy on aid effectiveness, non-aid issues including trade, the environment, conflict, debt and migration), and humanitarian response.
